**SATURDAY, JULY 2nd**
4th of July Weekend Celebration
5:30–9:00 P.M. at Pearl Stable
To celebrate, honor and show support for our military service members who protect our freedom worldwide. Sponsored by Shiner Beers. Music by Texas Swingbillies Food will be offered from various Pearl restaurants, and there will also be beer samplings. Free.
Independence Day Celebration
6:30 P.M. at Helotes Municipal Complex (Helotes)
Free family-friendly concert by the Helotes Area Community Band. Kid activities, food vendors, free hot dogs/ice cream/apple pie (while supplies last), and more. Bring your own chairs, blankets, food and drinks as well. Fireworks begin at dusk. Free.

**WEEKEND-LONG EVENTS: JULY 2-4**
July 4th Fest at Six Flags Fiesta Texas
Bring a can of any Coca-Cola® product along with a park admission or Season Pass, and you’ll receive exclusive early access to select rides one hour before the park opens, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. each day. Lights of Liberty is scheduled to begin at 9:15 p.m. on all three days and can be best viewed in Lone Star Lil’s. Event is included with park admission.
Freedom Fest
12:00–8:00 P.M. at Historic Market Square
Food, drinks, and fun for the whole family. Entertainment to be provided by a variety of groups, including Whiskey 2 Step, the Palacios Brothers, Ruben V, and Augie Meyers. Free.

Jubilee 2016 at Pickrell Park (Schertz)
Live musical entertainment, parade, 5K run, carnival, BBQ cook-off, food, and the Star Spangled Spectacular. Fun for the whole family. Free.

**MONDAY, JULY 4th**
City of San Antonio 4th of July Celebration
8:00 A.M.–9:30 P.M. at Woodlawn Lake Park
Games, food, and musical entertainment for the entire family. The fun begins early with Zumbathon and races, followed by children’s parade at 11:00 A.M. Fireworks extravaganza begins at 9:30 P.M. Free.
Independence Day Celebration
9:00 A.M.–4:00 P.M. at the Alamo
Living history, readings of the Declaration of Independence, photo opportunities with reenacts, musical entertainment, and more. Free.
Salute to America’s Heroes
9:00 A.M.–4:00 P.M. at Morgan’s Wonderland
Regular admission fees apply, but free food for park guests will be offered from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. (while supplies last). Hot dogs with all the trimmings and apple pie will be served, and sodas and bottled water available for $1. Military members, first responders, and their immediate families who present valid ID cards at the Welcome Center can obtain a special discounted admission of $9 per person. Individuals with special needs and children ages 2 and younger are always admitted free of charge.
Stinson Commemorative Air Force & Freedom Flyers
10:00 A.M.–2:00 P.M. at Stinson Airport
Flights and tours of vintage military aircraft will be available. Vintage aircraft tour fee is $10 for adults; $5 for children under 12; $20 for a family of five. Additionally, there will be a free family fun fair with children’s activities and exhibits.
4th of July Festival & Fireworks Spectacular Celebration
10:00 A.M. to dusk at Raymond Rimkus Park (Leon Valley)
Music, carnival, and pony rides all day. Concession food and drinks will be available. Parade starts at 10:00 A.M. Fireworks begin at dusk. Free.
Fireworks in the Park
2:00–10:00 P.M. at Friendship Park (Kirby)
Event includes a car show, live music, kids’ activities, food, fellowship, fun, and fireworks. Free.
KEDA Radio’s 4th of July Celebration
3:00–11:00 P.M. at La Villita Historic Arts Village
The festival will include various food vendors, music, and family fun. Free.
Music & Fireworks Show
7:00–11:00 P.M. at Retama Park (Selma)
Gates will open to live music from Jeffrey Charles beginning at 7 P.M. Fireworks display starts at 9:45 P.M. Food and beverage available for purchase. Bring your lawn chairs or sit in the stands. Free.
Fourth of July Firework
8:00 P.M. at Boerne City Park (Boerne)
Fireworks will start a little after dark. Bring chairs, picnics, and your American spirit! Free.
