Since 1981, I have helped my clients buy homes and sell property in the Greater San Antonio area. I enjoy guiding my clients through the process from start to finish, and I’m always available to listen to my Clients.
The real estate market is ever-changing, and my team & I work very hard to stay on the cutting edge of new technology, and in the know of recent changes to real estate laws.

My full-time staff and I treat all our Clients with respect, honesty, patience and a hearty helping of “Texas friendly!” While most of my business is repeat business from past clients and their referrals, I also enjoy working with new clients.
“What is it you’re looking for in a home, in a neighborhood, in commute time to work, and if applicable, school districts?” Because buying a home is so much more than “finding a house,” I ask these and other significant questions as we start your home-buying process. I am an expert on San Antonio neighborhoods, and my listening skills are sharp! My first responsibility is to you – my client- and I take that responsibility very seriously. I am not pushy, but I am pro-active.
One of my strongest core values is helping people! I look for opportunities to help, whether it’s helping my Clients achieve their real estate goals or helping out in my community. And the bonus for me is that some of my Clients become some of my dear family friends.
